 The Luxury Vacation Program you will received is an offer that provides accommodations for two nights in over 200 worldwide destinations.  Accommodations are provided at hotel chains such as Hyatt, Hyatt Place, Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott ,Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and other fine hotels.  Your certificate provides a list of destinations.  The certificate entitles you to Silver Level hotels and locations.  Gold and Platinum level hotels are also available, however surcharges may apply.

First Step - The first step in the program is to fully complete the Registration Validation Form and mail it to the address provided on the form along with a processing fee check for $4.95 within 30 days of the issue date indicated.  

Second Step - Upon receipt of $4.95, Passport to Travel will mail you a package that includes important information, instructions, and a Registration Activation form. Please fully complete with the information requested and mail to Passport to Travel within 30 days of issue date provided.  The refundable activation fee of $50 must be paid in the form of a U.S. Postal Money Order only.  Any other form of payment will void the offer.  Refunds may be requested anytime prior to 12 months after activation

Third Step - Upon receipt of activation form and appropriate amount, Passport to Travel will send information on how you may make your reservations. A minimum of 90 days advance notice is required to process your request.  You may request one destination and two arrival dates that are at least 30 days apart.  A Passport to Travel reservation agent will contact you 46 to 60 days prior to your arrival date to provide reservation information. All taxes and fees will be collected at the time of reservations and surcharges may also apply. Cancellations and change fees may apply once your reservation has been booked and confirmed.

A: Once you receive your Welcome Aboard Letter with the activation date; you will have 13 months from the activation date to take the vacation.
